The physicians, medical assistance, support staff, therapists (Rachel, Shantol, Will), office staff and management team are by far the most compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and caring staff in the area. This is a great medical center because they have it all.

They were on time with the scheduled appointment and made sure the experience as a new patient was as good as it gets. I’m excited to continue care with this team!

The is a wonderful family practice office. Will be using other services available eventually! One stop shop! 😁 From the girls at the front desk until the time you see the doctor! So kind, make eye contact, return phone calls, care about your concerns, actually answer the phone without a 30 min hold time even!!! Reminds me of how it used to be, when people actually cared about each other. I highly recommend!!!

Great staff, Dr.Gaddis is awesome ,she really listens to me and all my issues. The whole team from case management to primary care really care about their patients. I would recommend everyone here.
