The physicians, medical assistance, support staff, therapists (Rachel, Shantol, Will), office staff and management team are by far the most compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and caring staff in the area. This is a great medical center because they have it all.

The whole team is so welcoming and helpful! I've been in so much pain and not being able to find out what's wrong for almost a year then I come to here and we on on a path to make me normal!! The doctors to staff are amazing and so glad they have helped me and Always answer any questions I have !! Thank you guys for giving me hope on being normal again.

I would rate the experience 6 stars if possible. From the check-in to scheduling a follow-up, this practice is dialed in. Exactly what I was looking for in a provider that treats the body as a whole. They were on time with the scheduled appointment and made sure the experience as a new patient was as good as it gets. I’m excited to continue care with this team!

The is a wonderful family practice office. Will be using other services available eventually! One stop shop! 😁 From the girls at the front desk until the time you see the doctor! So kind, make eye contact, return phone calls, care about your concerns, actually answer the phone without a 30 min hold time even!!! Reminds me of how it used to be, when people actually cared about each other. I highly recommend!!!

This is due to the professionalism and Attention to detail when it comes to patient care. Every individual I come into contact with at Best Life Primary Care is Customer driven, Hospitable and willing to go above and beyond. It all starts when you walk in the front door, and you are greeted by two of the best top-notch receptionist / Medical office facilitators that money can buy. They know who they are!! Great staff, Dr.Gaddis is awesome ,she really listens to me and all my issues. The whole team from case management to primary care really care about their patients. I would recommend everyone here.
